Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days. Shipping to Austria and other countries may take a little longer.

Since we offer you transparent prices, we do not charge shipping with our product prices. You pay the normal shipping prices. The shipping outside Germany, is unfortunately much more expensive.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply discount codes retroactively. But you can always place a new order and redeem the discount code then.

Because we know you are looking forward to receiving your package, we process all orders as quickly as possible. However, this may mean that we can no longer cancel your order, even if you contact us directly after purchase. We ask for your understanding. However, there is a simple solution in this case - when the package arrives, simply refuse it. Then it will be returned to us.
