Shipping
Shipping costs and information:
Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Shipping is carried out by Deutsche Post and DHL Go Green. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
Shipping within Germany:
Free shipping within Germany from a gross order value of only 15.00 euros for small products and 20.00 euros for larger products. Up to this gross order value, we charge a flat rate of 2.70 euros per order - the exact amount is displayed at check-out. Please note our information in the event of a partial withdrawal.
Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to all EU countries.Please also note our information in the event of a partial withdrawal:
We charge €4.99 for shipping small products and €8.99 for large products - the exact amount will be displayed at check-out. As a rule, small products are shipped with DHL Warenpost and large products with DHL Premium Shipping.
The shipping costs for small products to the rest of the EU are 4.99 euros and from a gross order value of 40 euros we ship free of charge. For large products, the shipping costs to the rest of the EU are 8.99 euros and from a gross order value of 80 euros we ship free of charge.
Shipping to Switzerland
We charge CHF 6 for shipping small products and CHF 15 for large products - the exact amount will be displayed at check-out. As a rule, small products are shipped with DHL Warenpost and large products with DHL Premium Shipping.
For deliveries to Switzerland, the invoice is issued without Swiss VAT (8.1%). Any VAT and customs duties incurred must be paid by the customer to the deliverer or customs office.
Information on delivery times
Due to company vacations, shipping will take place from September 04, 2025. The delivery times for shipping within Germany will then be approx. 1-3 working days. The delivery times for shipping to the rest of the EU and Switzerland are approx. 2-7 working days.
Note in the event of partial withdrawal
If you are entitled to a right of withdrawal with regard to your order and should you make use of this right after submitting your contractual declaration with regard to part of your order, with the result that the purchase price not to be paid by you or to be refunded by us would fall below the threshold value specified by us, we reserve the right to offset the pro rata shipping costs and quantity discounts applied for the remaining part of the order against the amount to be refunded. However, this only applies if we had already informed you of the amount of the shipping costs for the remaining part of the order before you submitted your contractual declaration or if you were able to easily calculate the corresponding shipping costs on the basis of our information before you submitted your contractual declaration (points "Shipping within Germany" and "Shipping outside Germany").
